When I had Hailey, everyone came up to me wanting to see the new baby. Generally the comments were: "She is a preemie?" "Oh, she's so beautiful!" Then I had Robert and when we all went out it seemed people had a hard time with that fact that I had a boy and a girl not too girls. But still people came up to me excited about a new baby. However, when I go out with three kids, the only comment I get is: "Wow, your hands are full!"
So even though the kids keep me on my toes, we figured out a great way for everyone to fit in one tiny room. Robert has the crib, Hailey has a
toddler bed, and Hannah will have the
portacrib. (Right now Hannah is in a moses basket by my bed.) I think the arrangement works out great especially since only books and stuffed animals are allowed in the room. All toys are downstairs.
