4th of July

We had a picnic at a park with some friend of ours to celebrate the 4th of July. We had fun socializing while the kids played on the playground.
After that, we came home and pulled out our sparklers and Pop-its.

This was the first time Robert was allowed to hold a sparkler.
Luckily, he didn't burn anyone.

Hannah was kept away at a safe distance.
Here's a video of what Hannah thought about her first 4th of July experience.

Then we went to Bartz field to see the city's fireworks display. Our neighbors provided a close up preshow for the Ridge Crest group.
Hailey took over and took some pictures.

Since the fireworks didn't start until 10:00pm it was a very long day for us. I think everyone really enjoyed it though. Happy Birthday America!
