Christmas Ornaments

Here's Hailey putting up Christmas window stickers to help decorate the house. Robert also did the kitchen window.
This year, I decided that the kids would enjoy the Christmas tree more if it was completely kid friendly, so we are making all of our ornaments. Most of them are kits from the dollar store.

This is an activity the kids did at the Christmas ward party. They put glue on silver ornaments and then sprinkled glitter on them.
During quiet time, Hailey did these three ornaments all by herself.
This snowman idea came from "Family Fun" magazine.
 Robert really loves glue!
 So this one is mine.
Robert's is on the left, mine is the middle, and Hailey's on the right.
Then we painted some with stained glass paint.

Those two were mine. However, since it was from the dollar store, the paint cracked and chipped off by the next day. I was pretty disappointed. The kids loved painting these.

Then the Stephen's Performing Arts building was holding nativity displays open to the public. Robert loves pushing Hannah in the stroller. It was a nice enough day to walk across the street to it.  The kids liked looking at all the displays but didn't really say much. Robert did point out one time that Jesus was naked.  They had many displays from different countries and so many different styles and sizes.  Eventually, I want to get all the pieces to the WillowTree Nativity set.
