For 1 1/2 months Hailey went to a summer reading class. Everyday she brought home an AR book to read. She didn't do AR tests during Kindergarten so I'm glad to see that she got the practice now. We read each book 3 times and she got 100% every time. She would pick book that were about 0.4-0.8 reading level. Once she pick Dr. Seuss's "I will not get up today" which was a level 2. She is capable of doing it but didn't want to read to whole book straight. She would read every other page then we swapped. She's a smart girl but her stuttering makes things a little challenging for her. When she passed off 8 books then she got a coupon to The Pizza Pie. Hailey enjoyed her hour of summer school.
My goal was to do preschool with Hannah and Robert during that time. I focused on the ABC's to give Hannah a letter sound to copy each day. She cannot copy the "C/K" sound at all, but other then that does okay when worked with. I only did letters A-F though.

Robert and Hailey also had swim lessons every morning for the first two weeks in June. Then after Hailey's school, we walked/ride to the park. Hailey did a great job riding her bike. She pace was my slow walking pace she she kept at it. However, lunch at the park was too much worked with 4 kids especially when no one actually ate their provided lunches, so we didn't go a whole lot.
